Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Macau SAR only, covering Macau Peninsula, Taipa, and Coloane.
Standard Delivery
We deliver seven days a week. On an eligible delivery day, orders with payment completed before 4:00 PM are typically delivered the same day.
Orders with payment completed at or after 4:00 PM, or on a service-closure day, are typically delivered on the next eligible delivery day.

Public Holidays
Delivery may be delayed during public holidays. If service is paused that day, orders will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Typhoon Delivery Policy
To ensure the safety of our delivery team and customers, the following arrangements apply during typhoons:

Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to Macau orders above the threshold shown at checkout, where the current delivery fee is also displayed.
