HOW TO USE — START LOW
Assess your tolerance with HALF a serving first, even if you use pre-workouts regularly. Take roughly 20–30 minutes before training with plenty of water. Never exceed the dose on the label.

STIMULANT CAUTIONS
Do not combine with coffee, energy drinks, fat burners or any other stimulant on the same day. Avoid taking within 6 hours of bedtime — it will affect your sleep. Not suitable if you are sensitive to caffeine, or if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition.
